The Ulimate salad of the Zacharian Makeover Program- The Zacharian Salad*.
*name subject to change


Here is the list of ingredients and the amount required in a serving:
Iceberg Lettuce x 5 large shredds
Chinese Cucimber x 1/2
Japanese Cucumber x 1
Alfafa Sprouts x 1 handful
Mini Carrots x 6
American Celery x 2 stalk
Chinese Celery x 1 handful
Asparagus x 6
Cherry Tomatoes x 6
Salmon Shashimi x 3 slices


Optional: Strawberries or other types of wild berries x 4
Lemon x 1


Dressing: Organic(Soy bean) Thousand-Island Dressing


Recommended to be serve with a bowl of rice(only during lunch)


Ingredients in the Zacharian Salad have to be totally raw.

Looks like there is not a one-stop supermarket for your grocery shopping. It may seems that some of the ingredients are available in all 3 major supermarkets. However, i choose a specific supermarket to purchase a particular ingredient is because of the brand, quality and the price factor that outstands from the other supermarkets.
